Two.System is introduced
JT - 8000 series SF 6 gas leakage monitoring alarm system consists of a host, and some only double gas sensor (concrete according to the actual number of switch quantity and size), temperature and humidity sensor component (as shown in figure 1).
Host via wireless communication and sensor, field data collection, analysis and processing, according to the oxygen content of field monitoring, SF6, environmental temperature and humidity, and the last time the fan start and shut down time parameter information. The main engine also has the function of automatic ventilation, forced exhaust, voice prompt and voice alarm.
The dual gas sensor is installed below the SF6 switch to detect the oxygen concentration of SF6 under the SF6 switch online in real time and upload the data to the host.
This system can be widely used in various voltage grade SF6 switch room, composite electrical room (GIS room), SF6 main change.

Four. Function
1. Sf6 gas concentration detection function.
The system detects each test point and displays it when the gas concentration of SF 6 reaches 1000 L/L (or preset value).

2. Oxygen concentration detection function.
The oxygen concentration of each collection point is displayed on the main engine LCD screen. When the concentration is lower than 18% (or user setting),
Display prompts for oxygen warning. Ventilation is open when the concentration is lower than the alarm value of 16% (or user Settings).
Police processing, voice alarm, automatic fan and so on.
3. Temperature and humidity measurement function.
The system can display indoor temperature and humidity in real time. When the temperature exceeds the set alarm value, the fan will open automatically.
Rev., display, until the temperature drop back to normal temperature (alarm value minus 2 ℃).
4. Brake control function of the fan.
4.1 in the environment, the gas content of SF 6 exceeds the standard, and the fan starts automatically, until the alarm is released;
4.2 when the oxygen in the environment is lower than 18.0% (or user Settings), the fan will be automatically activated when the oxygen returns to normal;
4.3 the oxygen in the environment is lower than 19.6% (or user Settings), and the fan can be started automatically, until the oxygen is returned to normal;
4.4 indoor temperature is higher than the set temperature, the fan will start automatically when the temperature dropped to the alarm value minus 2 ℃,

5. Timed exhaust function.
The system can set the time of daily start and closing time of the fan and ensure that it is ventilated once a day. Time to start
And the closing time can be set by the host.
6. Manual forced exhaust ventilation function.
When the machine is closed, press the "ventilation open" button, and the system will be ventilated automatically until the "ventilation stop" is pressed.
Button, manually stop ventilation or XX minutes (user Settings) to stop ventilation automatically.
7. Show the function of the fan's last start and closing time.
The current state of the fan can be displayed on the LCD screen. If the fan is in the starting state, the fan will be started.
Time, if the fan is in the closed state, then show the last fan start and stop time, so that the worker can be convenient.
The member judges whether the forced ventilation should be carried out before entering the switch room.
8. Automatic voice prompt and alarm function.
8.1 when the staff is close to the switch room, the system automatic voice prompts the indoor gas detection results;
8.2 when SF 6 gas leakage exceeds the alarm point, the system automatically makes voice alarm and stops after the alarm is eliminated;
8.3 when the oxygen measurement value is less than 16% (or user setting), the system automatically makes voice alarm and stops after the alarm is eliminated.

8.4 when the exhaust wind stops, the system automatic voice prompt switches indoor gas detection results;
8.5 the user can adjust the size of the voice, or close the voice function.
9. Infrared detection function.
Using the imported human infrared sensor, its operation is stable and accurate, when the staff is close to the switch room door 1.5m.
When the area is covered, the oxygen content in the room will be reported to the staff for ventilation until the personnel leave or the ventilation is finished.
10. Host alarm record storage and query function.
The host has the function of storing and querying the alarm record, and by clicking the "upturn" and "down" in the query interface,
"Clear" button can query the alarm record. You can store up to 100 records.
11. The system can self-check all the sensors and display the contents of defects to facilitate user maintenance and inspection.
12. LCD screen protection function.
After 60 seconds of operation, LCD backlight closes.
